Today Asda has lowered its petrol prices to 90.9p which will no doubt lead the other supermarkets to do the same. This is the lowest petrol has cost since April 2007!

With the price of petrol and diesel dropping significantly the focus on saving petrol seems to have dropped off significantly. It does suprise me a little bit because ultimately you can save upto 25% on your fuel bills, regardless of how much fuel costs you can still save a lot of money. Especially with this credit crunch going on!

When petrol was ridiculously priced over 120p per litre and diesel seemed like it was gonna steam over 200p per litre at one point I did wonder when the end would come! Thank god the price of oil has nearly halved since we saw record high prices at the pumps.
